Ingredients:
Torte dough, divided into six equal parts (This is the secret, Korbin does
not release his recipe for the actual pastry. Typical pie crust with
additional sweetener is recommended for best results.)
Half a small bucket of strawberries
One flask chilled whipping cream
Two palmfuls sugar dust
Four drips of vanilla
Place an empty crock bowl in cold storage overnight. Prepare oven, divide dough into six parts. Roll each part of dough into circle, trimming if necessary to even out. Place on baking pan. Prick circles thoroughly and sprinkle with sweetener. Bake until slightly golden. Let cool.
Chop berries, retaining a small handful for garnish. In cooled crock bowl, beat cream, sugar dust and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in chopped berries.
Stack pastry circles, spreading berry mixture between layers. Top with
remaining mixture and garnish with whole berries. Keep in cold storage until
ready to serve.
