The Oracle is essentially a free-form creative endeavor. It allows for a great variety of submitted material. Until now, Arylon had no place for magic items, spells, rumors, stories, poetry and other miscellany not fitting the rigid templates of the NPC's and Buildings. The Oracle solves this dilemma.
